ich bin Dani, 32 Jahre alt und komme aus der schönen Stadt Hamburg. Ich lebe zusammen mit meinem Freund (Verlobter) und unserer kleinen Hündin Lilly. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich am liebsten mit meiner Family oder erkunde neue Städte und Länder. Mit meinem Freund bin ich seit 10 Jahren zusammen und dieses Jahr ist wohl das aufregendste Jahr unserer Beziehung. Im März habe ich einen Antrag in New York bekommen und im November werden wir Eltern von einem kleinen Jungen.
Ich freue mich sehr, dass Ihr mich ab jetzt hier im Ernsting’s family Blog während meiner Schwangerschaft begleitet und ich Euch von meinen ersten Schritten als Mama erzählen darf.
Der Moment, als die Zeit still stand
Ich habe sofort gemerkt, dass irgendwas anders ist, wollte aber das Ausbleiben meiner Periode abwarten bis ich einen Schwangerschafts-Test mache. Um mir ganz sicher zu sein, habe ich sogar erst 7 Tage nach meiner eigentlichen Periode den Test gemacht. Und da war es: Ein dickes Plus!!! Aufgeregt und voller Emotionen bin ich durch die ganze Wohnung gelaufen und musste immer wieder auf das positive Ergebnis gucken. Ich konnte es einfach nicht glauben. Da ich alleine zu Hause war, habe ich den ersten Moment ganz für mich alleine genossen und es fühlte sich so an, als ob die Zeit angehalten wurde und ein neues Kapitel beginnt. Danach habe ich meine Frauenärztin angerufen und einen Termin vereinbart, um ganz sicher zu sein. Ich hatte von Anfang an deutliche Anzeichen einer Schwangerschaft: Unterleibskrämpfe, aufgeblähter Bauch, häufiger Harndrang, Müdigkeit und Übelkeit. Mein Freund hat sich unglaublich gefreut. Er bereitete zu dem Zeitpunkt den Antrag in New York vor, von dem ich noch nichts wusste. Perfektes Timing!
1 – 3 Monat
Weil unser USA-Urlaub bevor stand und wir keinen unnötigen Stress erzeugen wollten, haben mein Freund und ich beschlossen unsere Familie und Freunde erst nach 12 Wochen einzuweihen. Meine Mama habe ich etwas vorzeitig informiert und zu ihrem 60. Geburtstag überrascht. Allen anderen haben wir es nach den 12 Wochen gesagt, auch wenn ich es am liebsten laut in die Welt geschrien hätte. Die ersten drei Monate waren nicht so einfach. Ich hatte mit Übelkeit, Müdigkeit und Bauchkrämpfen zu kämpfen. Die ersten 12 Wochen gingen unfassbar schnell um und ich war so froh, als die Übelkeit und Müdigkeit immer weniger wurden. Als die Frauenärztin mir den Mutterpass überreicht hat, war ich unglaublich stolz und vor allem aufgeregt, denn ich werde noch dieses Jahr Mama. Obwohl ich mich mit meinen 32 Jahren immer noch jung fühle, habe ich mich nie bereiter für den neuen Lebensabschnitt gefühlt. Der Ultraschall nach der 12. Woche fühlte sich noch einmal an wie ein zweites positives Schwangerschaftsergebnis. Denn von diesem Tag an konnten wir endlich unsere Freunde und Familie einweihen. Jeder hat sich wahnsinnig für uns gefreut. Vor allem unsere Eltern sind ganz aus dem Häuschen und können den Nachwuchs kaum erwarten.
Es ist wie ein Wunder, was aus Liebe entsteht
Mittlerweile bin ich im 7. Monat schwanger und einfach nur glücklich. Natürlich ist nicht immer alles leicht, aber es kommt ja auch darauf an, was man aus allen Situationen macht. Ich genieße jede einzelne Sekunde dieser Schwangerschaft, freue mich über jede Bewegung im Bauch, liebe es Baby-Kleidung/-Möbel zu shoppen und fiebere jedes Mal auf den Frauenarzt-Termin hin. Ich gehöre zu den Frauen, die nie gerne zum Frauenarzt gegangen ist, aber derzeit würde ich gerne noch viel öfter gehen, um unseren kleinen Jungen zu sehen und zu schauen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich finde es unglaublich spannend, wie mein Bauch wächst und sich das kleine Wesen dort drin entwickelt. Die ersten Tritte fühlten sich an, wie 100 explodierende Pusteblumen, die einen von innen kitzeln. Ein unfassbar schönes Gefühl. Angst habe ich eigentlich nicht, aber Respekt vor der Geburt und der ersten Zeit mit dem kleinen Mann habe ich auf jeden Fall. Eine spannende Zeit erwartet uns noch bis November und ich freue mich, wenn der kleine Wurm dann endlich das Licht der Welt erblickt!
